Safety is the core bottom line of food packaging. We have built a strict food contact safety system through a three-fold mechanism of "material selection - R&D - testing":
1. Strict Material Selection: Only raw paper and auxiliary materials that comply with the GB 4806 National Safety Standard for Food Contact Materials and Articles are used, eliminating the migration of harmful chemical substances. This makes the products suitable for direct contact scenarios such as pizza oil contact and fruit fresh-keeping.
2. R&D Optimization: The 18-person R&D team conducts targeted research based on food characteristics. For example, it has developed an oil-resistant coating for pizza boxes to prevent oil penetration; it has optimized the moisture-proof structure for fruit boxes to extend the shelf life of fresh fruits, solving the core pain points of food packaging such as "damage prevention, fresh-keeping and pollution prevention".
3. Process Control: A dedicated clean operation area for food packaging (an independent zone in the 15,000-square-meter operation site) is set up in the production process. Combined with regular equipment disinfection and batch sampling inspection, it ensures that each batch of products meets food-grade safety standards.
